Description
Spearheaded six (6) Research and Development (R&D) initiatives, including the creation of user-friendly art
tools empowering artists to implement procedural lightning and backgrounds independently, eliminating the need
for additional programming support. Contributed to engine optimization projects, achieving up to a 90% reduction
in loading times through innovative techniques and introducing sequential loading methodologies. Engaged in
Agile methodologies, conducting in-depth requirement analyses, and actively participating in technical
discussions. Played a pivotal role in collaborative problem-solving and served as a mentor, fostering a culture
of continuous learning within the development team.
Responsibilities
- Team member role that requires general supervision
- Conducts requirement analysis in order to ensure the final product meets expectations.
- Conducts functional and technical software analysis and design
- Develops software following the necessary policies and processes.
- Advocates and abides by Agile principles
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality in the product.
- Documents development work and provides daily reporting and communication of work done.
- Contributes to the squad, chapter, and guild(s) by sharing knowledge and experience.
- Conducts problem analysis and drafts proposals for a solution.
- Helps troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborates with squad and other chapters’ members, representing his/her own particular area.
- Conducts a review of technical analysis.
- Contributes to the software architecture.
- Coaches and mentors other developers.
