Welcome to my portfolio! I'm Jan Enri Arquero, a passionate and versatile Game Developer with a love for creating immersive experiences. My journey in the gaming industry spans various roles and projects, contributing to my expertise in game development and design.

My primary focus is on Game Software Engineering, I've had 8+ year of experience in the Game Development Industry, released games in multiple platforms (in Steam, Android and Casino), and I've had the privilege of spearheading six Research and Development (R&D) initiatives. One of my proudest accomplishments includes empowering artists with user-friendly tools for independent implementation of procedural lighting and backgrounds, eliminating the need for additional programming support.

Throughout my career, I've actively engaged in Agile methodologies, became a ScrumMaster, conducted in-depth requirement analyses, and played a pivotal role in collaborative problem-solving. As a mentor, I foster a culture of continuous learning within the development teams I work with.

Aside from my technical endeavors, I am a US citizen currently residing in the Philippines, open to relocating for exciting opportunities. When I'm not immersed in code, you'll find me enjoying action story-based games like the Batman: Arkham series or exploring new skills in game design and programming.
